If the PG TRB and TET Appointments can be done on a same day?

            In PGTRB whenever the PG TRB Ranklist published immediately they called for counseling and as soon as they got appointment. The vacancy details of all PG & BT Posts are readily available in DSE. So the appointment process can be done very fastly.

             After they got appointment the PTA based temperoray teachers can be relieved from the particular appointed schools.

                  But for TET appointments the process maybe slow down. Because the no of passing candidates. can be increased form previous exams. In case the vacancies are below, all the no of passing candidates cannot get appointment. So the process can be delayed. 

                       For paper I the passing candidates can be appointed on the basis of employment seniority and they may be called for Certificate Verification in the ration 1:1 or 1:2

                For paper II on the basis of their merit marks candidates can be called for CV. Then the Ranklist can be prepared and finally they called for counselling.

                   Normally the TET Result and appointment process can be take several months. If any cases are filed in future. It can be very delayed.

We must wait for the right time.
