Transfer Counselling 2015-2016


          Every year the transfer counsellings for Department of Elementary Education & Department of School Education is conducted for every year on the month of may. But this year GO's & Norms about the transfer counselling for 2015-16 was issued very late. Many associations appealed the Govt for taking the proper actions for the counselling. Now the general counselling Norms based GO 232 dated: 10.7.2015 was published on 13.7.2015.

The Main Points of the Transfer Counselling Norms : *New*

1) One Year Band:
The teachers who were completed one full academic year - only eligible to this counselling.
2) Exception:
    - Newly Promoted HMs & Teachers Also Participate to this counselling.
   - As usual some exceptional are there in the one year band. Like Blind, Ex-service man, Widow quota.

Old GO 232 Based - The Main Points of the Transfer Counselling Norms:
1) Three years band:
The teachers who were appointed before 01.06.2012 in a school and completing three full academic years only eligible to this counselling.
2) Deployment: After the Deployment counselling only General Counselling and mutual transfer counselling should be done.
3) Mutual:
Mutual Transfer are allowed. But these mutual candidates are not allowed to the again and again in previous school.
4) Exception:
As usual some exceptional are there in the three years band. Like Blind, Exserviceman, Widow quota.
5) No Unit Transfer:
 No unit transfer for DEE, ADW,Welfare schools to DSE.  Also no unit transfer to Municipal schools to DSE schools.
6) Expect Date:
The proper announcement for transfer counselling date published in the News Papers & Media by DEE & DSE Directors soon.
